If you either buy or hire any artworks, please read the below information in regards to returns.
Purchased/ hired artwork – Faulty or Damaged Goods
All artwork sales are final once they have been accepted as described and in required condition.
Refunds or replacements can only be given for pieces that have arrived damaged or faulty in any way.
In any instance communication is key and you will need to get in contact immediately by email – email@example.com
Once all parties agreed, and the artwork has been received, refunds or replacements will be dispatched as soon as possible.
For time critical events, we will do our utmost to accommodate.
If an exchange is requested each case will be looked at on an individual basis and appropriated where necessary.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
